Why use X-BULL Duty Tow Strap Recovery Kit?
Using X-BULL power rope, heavy vehicles and light vehicles can be separated from stagnation by kinetic energy recovery. When connected to a stuck vehicle and towed by a traction recovery vehicle, the recovery rope can stretch about 35% of its total length. Once stretched, the power rope recovery will absorb a large amount of elastic potential energy. If the resistance of the truck is overcome by the elastic potential energy of the rope during the pulling process of kinetic energy recovery, it will be converted into kinetic energy, so as to achieve effective, efficient and relatively stable extraction.

How to use the X-BULL Kinetic recovery rope?
1. connect the rope to each vehicle through recovery points only
2. Make sure the distance between both vehicles is below 7m
3. Make sure everyone is at least 10-20m away from the recovery zone
4. Drive recovery vehicle away from the stuck vehicle with some momentum
5. If the vehicle is still stuck, reverse recovery vehicle about 1m and repeat the process
6. Stop recovery vehicle once other vehicle is unstuck
Tips
To perform a recovery, check that there is nothing in the way of the vehicle that needs to be recovered. Then attach your kinetic recovery rope to both vehicles by their proper recovery point. Using an improper recovery point, like a tow ball, can lead to severe damage and be very dangerous.
Be sure that any parties around have moved away from the vehicles to a safe distance. The unstuck vehicle can begin with slack in the line and start to drive no more than five miles per hour. It is important to have a driver in the vehicle that is being recovered to guide the vehicle and help with additional grip.

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us within two hours after payment, otherwise the buyer need to bear the the closing cost of logistics and the Courier cost of this order.
Change-of-mind
If not satisfied, please let us know and you can return it in original or re-sell condition via air registered mail within 30 days of your receiving the item for a free exchange or refund.
We does not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsalable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults.

Exchange for a higher or lower value of prodocts
If you changed your mind or you purchased a wrong item, and wish to exchange the product to a higher or lower value of goods. You can send back the products in original conditions and package, depending on the complexity of the case, we may require you to cancel the original orders or pay (or being paid back) for the difference in order to complete the exchange. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage fees.Please take a photo to us before returning, we will let the factory check.
According to the warehouse return we have the following requirements
1.The item must be returned at the buyers cost in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
